Nicholas Daniel Manukas, 54, passed away suddenly Wednesday, November 29, 2023, after a brief illness. Nick was born August 9, 1969, Trenton, NJ, to the late Daniel and Judith Manukas.
He attended The Pennington School, graduating in 1986, Nick went on to secure a degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University. In true Nick form - he quickly moved on from accounting - finding the penny frustrated him - and became a financial planner.
Nick is survived by his wife of 26 years, Laurie Kasten Manukas. He will be missed by everyone, including but not limited to his wife, Laurie; sister, Georgia Manukas; brother-in-law, Walter Kukowski; nieces, Zoe Kukowski and Emily Kasten and nephew, Kenneth Kasten. Nick will be fondly remembered for his unique sense of humor and loving personality.
Nick was a financial consultant for the past 30 years. He was a resident of both Trenton and Harvey Cedars, NJ, and Ellenton FL. He loved fishing, boating, antique autos, motorcycles and most of all...spending time with Laurie his wife and family and friends. Nick will be remembered for his fun-loving personality, performance art/signing, crazy clothing and ability to make everyone laugh. Nick will be sorely missed, and a hole will be left in the hearts of all who knew him. He will forever be remembered as the "CMOE" the acronym for the Coolest Man on Earth. GOD certainly broke the mold when he created Nick. Hopefully, Nick smiling fondly down at all of us. He is truly an example of a life well lived.
