Once a proposal has been accepted either verbally, or by an email to proceed with services or in writing, full payment is due in advance of our services such as publishing an ad. For an example, a
banner ad schedule to start January 1st would be due on January 1st Any late payments are subject to interest at the highest allowed by law but no higher than 18%. Payments may be made by use of credit cards and The Bradenton Times, Inc. and TheBradentonTimes.com do this as a service but payment is still due regardless of denial of a credit card payment. The Bradenton Times, Inc. and TheBradentonTimes.com shall not be liable for any credit card information on file but will take efforts acceptable in the industry to safeguard all personal information including the credit card information.
By supplying credit card information for payment by phone, in person or via the Internet on our website or another payment gateway provides unconditional acceptance and permission to charge against the credit or debit card the transaction requested for advertising.
