Barbara Milligan was born Barbara MacFoster on December 28, 1936. She was born to Wilmer and Marie Fasser in Warren County, IN. She went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2024.
Barbara married Charles Milligan on December 16, 1961. She also became mother to his two young sons. Charles passed away in October of 2022 after nearly 60 years of marriage.
Barbara is survived by two sons, Rick Milligan of Katy, TX, and Joe Milligan of Sarasota, FL, also a grandson, Patrick Milligan of Kaufman, TX. She is also survived by two nephews and one niece, Ed Foster of Lafayette, IN, Allen Kennedy of Hollywood, FL, and Avis Kennedy of Nashville, TN.
A Memorial Service will be held 1 PM Friday, January 26, 2024, at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 26th Street Chapel, 5624 26th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34207, is in charge of arrangements.
