The company’s Easy Reviews Tool gives employees a custom QR code linked directly to the business’s Google review page. When the job is complete, the customer scans the code with a cellphone and can share an honest review in about 30 seconds—while the positive experience is still fresh.

Easy Reviews is especially helpful for home service contractors, including plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, pest-control companies and other businesses whose employees work directly with customers. It provides a consistent process for requesting reviews before the employee leaves the property, instead of relying solely on follow-up texts or emails.

ProWeb is currently offering its “Get 10 New Google Reviews in 10-Days” free trial to three Bradenton-area businesses. The limited introductory offer is designed to help participating businesses begin building a steady flow of fresh customer reviews.
