Manatee Clerk offers free services to veterans throughout November

Posted

The Manatee Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller will honor veterans and active-duty military members throughout November with free certified copies of official and court records, passport photos, and notary services in recognition of Veterans Day.

“Offering these services to the men and women who have served, and who still serve, is an honor,” said Angel Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller for Manatee County. “It is a small token of our appreciation for their sacrifice and service.”

Veterans and active-duty military members can receive these services Nov. 1–30, 2026, by presenting a valid DD-214 or military ID. There is no limit on the number of services per visit.

Veterans and service members can visit the Clerk & Comptroller’s office in person at 1115 Manatee Ave. W. in downtown Bradenton during regular business hours, Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office will close Wednesday, Nov. 11, for Veterans Day, and Thursday and Friday, Nov. 26–27, for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Clerk & Comptroller’s office is also honoring the veterans on its own team this November. Follow the Clerk on Facebook at facebook.com/ManateeClerk to meet team members who have served.
