Dolores McElfresh, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2024, with some of her family by her side.
Dolores was born January 18, 1936, to Stella and Evangelo Pappastathis. She is survived by her three daughters, Linda, Patricia, and Denise: ten grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Katherine, her son, Angelo, and her granddaughter, Melissa.
Dolores loved to cook and bake. She hosted the holidays for as long as she could and although stressful at times, she still enjoyed having them at her house. She lived in the Veranda Springs Mobile home park and made many friends there over the years. Word Searches were a favorite to do by Dolores. She also enjoyed watching many game shows, with her favorite being Family Feud.
A Celebration of Life will be hosted 2 PM, Sunday, February 11, 2024, at the Pertessis residence. "She will be sorely missed by all and is now in the hands of God."
