Cynthia Myers Twerdochlib passed away on October 4, 2023 at HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, Florida.
Cindy was born in Sterling, Illinois and lived in Washington State, California, Wisconsin, Ohio, Texas, and Florida. She was a graduate of Tacoma General Hospital School of Nursing and the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
She resided in both Oviedo, Florida, where she was active in the historical society and garden club, and in Palmetto Florida, on the family farm.
Cindy was a loving, caring, wise, and joyful person who laughed easily and often. She had a special talent for listening and was rich in friendships. She was famous for her themed dinner parties and was always ready for an impromptu family gathering - especially happy hours under the oaks. She was an active member of the Tera Ceia United Methodist Church.
Cindy is survived by her husband of 56 years, Michael; sons, Nicholas Shawn (MiChelle) and Michal Christopher (Vicki); beloved grandchildren, Brody and Emma; sisters, Judy Johnson and Kate Scurlock; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Cindy will be forever missed by those who loved her – all to see her face in every flower.
