Carol Jean Bricker, age 83, of Salt Run, Ohio, peacefully passed away on January 10, 2024, in Bradenton, Florida. She was born on March 24, 1940, to Mary Hunter and Earnest Bonecutter.
Carol graduated Sandusky High School and later dedicated her life to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She found joy in helping those in need and making a positive impact on their lives. Carol's compassionate nature and selflessness were admired by all who knew her.
In her leisure time, Carol enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. She had a fondness for dancing to country and western music and had a particular love for strawberries. She also found solace in crocheting, cooking, sewing, and gardening. These hobbies allowed her to express her creativity and bring joy to those around her.
Carol was a Methodist by faith, although she did not attend a specific church. Her spirituality was deeply personal to her, and it provided her with strength and guidance throughout her life.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Joe, Vernon, Marilyn Sue, Marline Rose, daughter in-law Denise, grandson Morgan, and granddaughter, Miranda Carol was a loving and caring mother, survived by her five children with Ralph Stevens: Margie, Tammy, Eileen, Amy, and James. She adored her grandchildren, Jeremiah, Dylan, Cheryl, Christine, Victoria, Josh, Carol Amanda, Travis, Sarah, and great-grandchildren, Ayden, Alijah, Joseph, Ella, Emma, Bryxton, Harley, Alexandra, Vanessa, Adriana, Chloe, Dante, Olivia, Brandon and Amani. She is also survived by her half-sister Vivian.
Carol Jean Bricker will be remembered for her kind heart, unwavering dedication to her family, and her passion for caring for others. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
