Christian Harrison of Bradenton won the 2026 US Open men's doubles title with Neal Skupski of Great Britain by defeating Germany's Kevin Krawietz and Tim Puetz 64 76. Harrison and Skupski also won the Australian Open Grand Slam title earlier this year.
Despite entering the 2026 US Open coming off of two first-round defeats in Montreal and Cincinnati, Harrison and Skupski were dominant as they did not lose a single set this year in six matches at the US Open, which is a notable achievement, as only two other US Open men's doubles champion teams have done it since 1968, the start of the "Open Era."
"It's been a great year. To get two (Grand Slam major) titles like this, I'm speechless, and to do it at home," Harrison said after the triumph, which elevated his ATP World Tour doubles ranking from No. 12 to a career high No. 4 in the world.
Previously, John McEnroe and Peter Fleming won the 1983 US Open doubles title without dropping a set, and then the Bryan Brothers, Mike and Bob, matched the feat in 2008 and 2010.
Harrison, now 32 years old, endured ten surgeries from 2009-2018, which cut short his singles career.
Christian's older brother Ryan also won a Grand Slam doubles title at Roland Garros in 2017. Christian's parents flew from Bradenton to watch the final live inside Arthur Ashe Stadium. For the US Open triumph, Harrison and Skupski split $500,000.
