It's been a wild week, during which the mainstream media has mostly spent its time with pro-war propaganda, so here are a few stories you may have missed.
Who bombed the children?
Neither Israel nor the U.S. has been willing to take the blame for bombing a all-girl's elementary school in Iran on Feb. 28, with both countries saying it's still "under investigation," but an analysis by the New York Times suggests it was U.S. forces. The building was converted from part of a complex belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy. But while it had been walled into that complex until 2016, satellite imagery shows that it was walled off from it at that time and was nearly 700 yards away. Three strikes on the building killed 165 people, mostly young girls. A photograph of a tiny girl's severed arm amid the rubble has come to symbolize the attack. A mass funeral was held for the victims.
MAGA's Hitler Youth Problem
In the wake of the Young Republican scandal, a group chat started by the secretary of Miami-Dade County’s Republican Party, which included a TPUSA chapter head, was also leaked. The results were predictably vile. The n-word was used more than 400 times, members regularly described women as “whores,” used slurs to talk about Jewish and gay people, described the chat as "Nazi Heaven," and waxed on about Hitler's politics.
Border War
Due to the U.S./Israel attack on Iran, a nearby war between Afghanistan and Pakistan is receiving very little attention. The escalation occurred after ties between the Trump administration and the military junta in Islamabad had been strengthened, with the junta hoping to be a regional security partner for Washington. Because Afghanistan and Pakistan both share borders with Iran, it could play a role in a broader regional war that seems to be emerging.
Sunken Iranian Ship
The Iranian warship sunk by the US was sailing home from Milan after taking part in an exhibition hosted by India, in which both the U.S. and Iran participated. It has been alleged that the ship was unarmed in accordance with the rules of the training exercise.
Bye-bye, Noem, hello Markwayne Mullen
Kristi Noem was reportedly fired as DHS Secretary because President Trump was upset with her performance in Congressional hearings on Wednesday. She'll be replaced by Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), who's best known for challenging the head of the Teamsters to a cage match and then offering to fight him on the floor of Congress.
Noem apparently awarded hundreds of millions in no-bid contracts to people she had relationships with, including over $100 million to a firm incorporated just days before it was selected. Most of the money was spent on "ICE Barbie" to film commercials that seemed to do little more than build her personal brand ahead of a planned presidential run. Here's a look at an advert that reportedly cost $200 million of your tax dollars. Where's DOGE when you need it?
Even Pam Bondi's justice department wouldn't bring a case against Biden for the autopen
The Justice Department has dropped the investigation into Joe Biden’s use of an autopen device, with federal prosecutors concluding there was no legal basis to pursue criminal charges. The probe, initiated under intense pressure from President Trump, examined whether Biden or his aides improperly used the autopen to sign presidential documents, including pardons, amid claims it was used to conceal Biden’s alleged cognitive decline. Trump himself and every other modern president have used the device many times. However, the president was obsessed with Biden's use of it, so much so that he put a picture of the pen in place of his rival on his "wall of presidents."

First the Democrats drove us away with their presidential electoral incompetence, now the Republicans drive us away with their cruelty and incompetence.
