County commissioners approved a 95-home subdivision on 30 acres of Rutland Road. Many residents in the area have commented on how the turn lane will cross directly in front of our driveways, making it extremely dangerous.
Commissioner Satcher has been contacted numerous times by several of us and continues to reply he’s “working with key staff members” and ignored us. There has been numerous fatalities in this stretch of road last year, including the 3 fatality accident with a Manatee county dump truck.
This is a serious safety isssue and we are being ignored!
