As the calendar turns to late October, a palpable change is in the air. The unrelenting heat and humidity that has gripped us has begun to ease off. Mornings greet us with a gentle, refreshing breeze that whispers of cooler times ahead.

Residents and visitors alike take full advantage of these days. It’s the perfect time for outdoor adventures, and downtown Bradenton has] plenty to offer. Saturdays on Old Main Street you will find local farmers, artisans, small businesses, and chefs share their treasures & talents at the Public Market from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Also, in celebration of the “Boo-tiful” weather ... Old Main Street will come alive with music and vendors to celebrate Halloween on Saturday Oct. 28 from 6-10 p.m. Just a] reminder to be alert and careful on the roads on Halloween night - we want all of our trick or treaters to be safe and sound!
