BRADENTON — Three lifelong friends meet monthly to honor their late husbands — until new love disrupts their cherished routine. Heartfelt, humorous, and deeply human, this touching comedy explores friendship, vulnerability, and moving forward without forgetting the past.
"The Cemetery Club is a tender, insightful, and often humorous play that tells the story of three longtime friends—widows who meet monthly to visit their husbands’ graves," said MPAC CEO Janene Amick. "What unfolds is a moving exploration of friendship, grief, loyalty, and the courage required to embrace life again. Audiences will recognize themselves in these women—in their wit, their disagreements, their memories, and their resilience."
The Cemetery Club runs from February 19 to March 8 in the Bradenton Kiwanis Theater at the Manatee Performing Arts Center. Click here for schedule and ticket information.
