Today, we do not agree to agree as conflict & special interest gets in the way to success at the expense of our Community.

Build Bradenton Infrastructure
High Priority - Immediate Action
A. Sewage Dumping is a Serious Issue & Health Concern. City of Bradenton Waterkeepers lawsuit needs a Project plan with cost. Open to the public .Our Citizens will have to replace many of their own sewer lines that has not fully been disclosed to them.
B. Review all Contracts/proposals for the long term. Not those that are well connected. Ensure the Procurement process is followed per State Statue.
C. Move forward with DeSota bridge construction for design, budget and implementation with Citizen input.
D. Build roads first to prevent traffic issues.
E. Plan and implement alternative routes for traffic flow . Was denied by our current Mayor .
Affordable Housing
A. Implement City incentives: offered to promote with local builders/investors for affordable homes. Stop building High Rent Apartment/condo's. Implement A Resident program for improvements of existing Homes For income levels that match our residents incomes in this community. Vs the false narrative of Workforce Housing (buzz word)...
B. Identify site plan areas that meet the needs of the citizens and functionality of the city services and transportation availability. A work in progress comprehensive fluid community outreach with Residents. Mandated by the Florida Legislature.
C. Offer our Senior Citizens City Services at a discounted rate.
Economic Development
We need to recruit companies that fulfill the job needs to support our young people to retain them in our community. Over 200 High paying jobs were produced in my first Term.
Which will provide a better economy and tax base for our community.
Create Urban Footprint
Develop a model plan for housing, commercial and retail development with advanced traffic flows prior to implementation.
Review and adhere to the City Comprehensive Plan. Update it now...Denied since 2010
All major projects will implement the Three Points.
Three Point Plan
1. Pre-Plan cost, design and time line with Citizen input.
2. Meet planned budget and manage project.
3. Finalize project on budget, on time and with fullfilment of all promises and needs of our citizens.

H. Extend Riverwalk & bike trails.
Riverwalk Development
Extend the Riverwalk to other areas of the city with the endorsement of citizens. This will include more Bike Paths and family oriented amenities.
Parks
Improve our city parks. Build more enclosed shelters for year round usage.
Improve equipment for our children's enjoyment & build more disability access. Create a family friendly environment for its widespread usage. Add cameras to keep our parks safe.
Promote Our City
Work with existing community organizations to promote all areas of our city. Promote Riverwalk and its entertainment events. Promote Village of the Arts and festivals. Sell our City to Corporate Leaders to improve amenities & encourage living here.
Create an environment in our city that leaves people saying "I want to go back".
