Bradenton, Florida - Janet England Gadoury, 76, passed away after a courageous battle with COPD. She was born in Bucyrus, OH, but spent most of her life in Bradenton, FL.
She was a certified Paralegal for more than 40 years. Most of those years were spent working for Dickenson Gibbons Attorneys in Sarasota, FL. She had a reputation for "impeccable medical summaries".
Two things she truly loved were her job and her daughter. She spent 38 years of devoted care to both loves.
Janet was passionate about baking and her giant cookies will be greatly missed.
She graduated from Manatee High School in 1965 and enjoyed seeing all her friends at her October 2023 class reunion.
Janet always went out of her way to be kind, loving and giving. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Melanie, and her brother, Jon D. England. She is survived by her brother, Kent (Janice) England; her sister-in-law, Judy England, cousins she grew up with, John (Helen) Birge and Ginger (Bill) Sandhoff, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
