Corrupt business practices by the county. No track record of this firm, no references on like sized organization much less government agencies that have use this company. Somebody is getting laid on this contract because the taxpayers are getting screwed … again.

Corruption is worse than prostitution. The latter might endanger the morals of an individual, the former invariably endangers the morals of the entire country.
