Unbelievable, week after week after week.These people should be in jail - the Commissioners, the Administrators, and the grifter clown show. $400K for writing a bunch of 1980's buzz word crap...decentralized processes, drivers of change deficiencies? To provide an actionable, potential, key insight comprehensive mid-assessment summary report... blah blah blah and yada yada yada. I'm pretty sure Mr. Haney sold that same report to Mr. Douglas. It takes more talent to write a shelter dog bio. They did get one thing perfectly correct: "it was determined that the Manatee County Government has some deficiencies." Ya think?
