Kenneth Otto Fromm, 61 of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 07, 2012 at the Shands Hospital in Jacksonville. Kenneth was born on October 17, 1950 in Harvey, Illinois to Robert and Millicent (Mentzer) Fromm. He worked as a welder in Jacksonville. Kenneth was predeceased by his father and is survived by his mother and step-father; Millicent and Dick Riley of Bradenton, one brother, John Fromm of San Antonio, Texas, and one sister, Susan Miller of New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
