James Schipper, 86, of Ellenton, formerly of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, died November 21, 2012. Beloved husband of Diane for 35 years, devoted father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to many. James proudly served in the US Navy and was a 60 year member of the American Legion.

He will be laid to rest at Sarasota National Cemetery. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel in charge.
