Lorraine Stasny

 Lorraine Stasny peacefully passed away on February 10, 2013 with her loving family surrounding her in Chesapeake, Virginia. She was born on November 6, 1934 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late George and Mary (Kubofcck) Gasper.  She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother/meme, aunt, great aunt who will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, John P. Stasny, Sr.; children, John, Jr. and his wife Bernadette, Deborah and her husband Joseph Arnold, Sr., David and his wife Nancy, William, Sr. and his wife Gina; grandchildren Heidi Anne Marie, Kristina Marie, Tiara Rosemarie, Alexis Marie and Joseph Arnold, Jr., John and his wife Liz Stasny, Tracey and her husband Michael Lowell, and William Stasny, Jr.; brother-in- law Daniel and his wife Anne Stasny, many nephews and nieces especially: Curt and his wife Lisa Gasper, Trudy and her husband Danny Newburg, Maryann and her husband Tom Landmesser, Danny and his wife Karen Weston; special family friend Ted Arnold and grandpups Angel, Baby, Cocoa and Alfie.
Lorraine enjoyed travelling with her husband to their home in Bradenton, Florida each and every fall where they played shuffle board, Bingo and various card games with their friends. She enjoyed spending the summers in PA with her grandchildren and taking them to Florida on many happy occasions throughout the year.
