Judith L. Chatain, 76, Bradenton, passed away, February 3, 2012. She was born on March 13, 1935 in New Milford, CT to the late Garwood & Doris (Neal) Devaux. Judith was retired from the Children’s Center in New Milford as a Preschool Teacher with over 30 years of service. She moved to Bradenton in 2002 and was a member of Kirkwood Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Henry, a son Peter of Alfred, NY, two daughters; Melissa and her husband Geoffrey Thomas of New Milford, CT, Holly and her husband Albert Irving of Garden City, MO, three sisters; Nancy & Jerry Eidam of Santa Cruz, CA, Deborah Devaux of Kent, CT, Jennifer and Jim Hearn of Aspen, CO, and two grandchildren.
Funeral Information:
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Kirkwood Presbyterian Church in Bradenton, Fl. Further services will be held at a later date and time to be announced in the New Milford, CT. area.
