George Hulst

George Duryee Hulst, 97, Bradenton, passed away Nov. 28, 2012. He was born on June 7, 1915 in Montclair, NJ to the late George D. & Margaret (Gardiner) Hulst. He attended and graduated from Swarthmore, MIT and Stevens Universities. He was a Research Engineer and worked for Dumont, RCA, IT&T and Ballentine Labs. In Montclair his memberships include the New York Holland Society, Barbershop Chorus, Operetta Club and the Montclair Heights Reformed Church. He moved to Bradenton in 1980 coming from Upper Montclair, NJ. Locally he was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church of Bradenton. He is survived his wife Lillian, daughter, Carolyn Hulst Boyer-Rowe of Bradenton, two sisters; Madeline Lawrence of Seminole, Fl., Margaret Jenkins of Hackettstown, NJ, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. 

Private family services will be held at a later date.
