Donnie Lee Koch, Jr., 47, Bradenton, passed away on February 27, 2011. Donnie was born on November 14, 1963 in Ozark, Arkansas to Donnie Lee, Sr. & Annette (Whitaker) Koch. He moved to Manatee County over 10 years ago coming from Fort Smith, Arkansas, and was a member of the Church of Christ. Donnie was predeceased by his father, and is survived by his loving wife Andrea, three sons; Joshua, Michael, Ryan, one daughter, Amber, his mother, Annette all of Bradenton, and a sister Donna and her husband Time Ketchum of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Private family services will be held at a later date. The family request that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the TideWell Hospice Inc., 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, Fl. 34238 in his memory.
