Connie Jean Leirer, 64, Bradenton, passed away December 30, 2009. Connie was born on May 8, 1945 in East St. Louis, IL. She moved to Manatee County in 1965 coming from Arkansas. Connie was one of the original employees from the start of the K-Mart on 14th St. W. until her retirement with over 30 years of service.
Connie was predeceased by her father, J. Gene, and a sister Kathy, and is survived by her mother, Ruth of Bradenton, one sister, Terry Rapert of Bradenton, and two brothers, Dan of Adrian, GA, and Jerry of Bradenton.
Funeral Information:
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 10, 2010 in the Rec Hall of DeSoto Estates, 1219 51st Ave. E., Bradenton.
