Predeceased by husband, George; step-daughter, Barbara; brother, David Smith; Survived by step-son, George ''Carter'' of Seattle, WA; half-brothers, Raymond Smith and Gary Smith of Phoenix, AZ; sisters, Jarice Lynch of Green Valley, AZ, Glenda Wyatt of Galesburg, IL; 2 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.

There will be no Services.
