Alice Cooper, 95, Bradenton, passed away April 2, 2011. She was born on March 10, 1916 in White Springs, Florida to the late Gordon & Lula (Melton) Brady. She moved to Manatee County at a very young age. She worked for Manatee County School Board for many years, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Oneco. She was predeceased by her loving husband Oran in 1994, and is survived by her three daughters; Wanda (James) Wolf, Martha Thomas, Sylvia (Charles) Gore all of Bradenton, seven grandchildren; Terri Wolf, Jamie Wolf, Daryl Wolf, Michael Gore, Michelle Gore, Karen Thomas Anderson, Dan Thomas, Five great-grandchildren; Dustin Thomas, Emily Lynch, Amanda Gore, Zachary Gore, Nimuae Gore, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Information:
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 8, 2011 from 10-11 A.M. at Shannon Funeral Home Town Chapel, 1015 14th St. W., Bradenton with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 A.M.
