LAKEWOOD RANCH – In response to the growing business, and to capitalize on key employees within the company, Fawley Bryant has embarked on a company-wide re-structuring of their operations, including strategic planning, marketing, project development and business development.

To provide depth to their operations, a management team was created which is led by four key, proven professionals. Principal Architect Steve Padgett, Project Architect Arif Abdulla, Design Architect Stuart Henderson and Director of Interior Design Sarah Colandro make up the team that will be charged with guiding the future growth of the firm, driving creativity and innovation, strengthening its market leadership and delivering positive business results.

Rick Fawley, President, noted "Our firm has been blessed to come out of the economic downturn in a position where we can now capitalize on the wealth of experience and unique insights these team members have. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, these four individuals represent the future leadership of Fawley Bryant and with their depth of talent they are poised to take our company to that next level."

As future firm leaders, their roles will include working with my partner, and me to manage overall office operations, grow the business into new markets and execute the strategic business development plan of the firm” states Executive Vice President, Mike Bryant.
