BRADENTON – WCI Communities, the Bonita Springs-based lifestyle community developer, homebuilder and services provider, has named Erin Henderson as the newest member of the sales team at Tidewater Preserve.

Henderson joins community representatives Cindy Warren and John Sackett at the Tidewater Preserve Welcome Center, located at 4700 Tidewater Preserve Blvd.

A graduate of Full Sail University, Henderson brings 10 years of experience in customer service management, marketing and sales to the new position.

Tidewater Preserve, a boating community, offers new homes in Bradenton, Fla., including Carriage, Grand Villas, Classic Series single-family homes and Riverfront estates ranging from 1,710 to 3,845 square feet of living space, with prices starting from the low $200,000s to the $520,000s. Floor plans feature two, three and four bedrooms, two-car garages with an option for a three-car garage, spacious owner’s retreats and gourmet kitchens.

Amenities within the community complement the Tidewater Preserve lifestyle. The Lodge, the 5,012-square-foot community center, recently won an Aurora Award for Best Recreational Facility from the 12-state Southeast Building Conference. The Lodge features a community room and catering kitchen for resident activities and special events, as well as a fitness center with men’s and women’s showers. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, playground, multiple al fresco gathering areas, and a large covered veranda and trellised patio overlooking the Manatee River.

Additional amenities at Tidewater Preserve include the Port & Court Club, which offers access to canoe and kayak facilities, boat slips and a three-court tennis complex. The community’s River Walk provides walking, hiking and jogging opportunities, along with nature trails and boardwalks skirting the river and several conservation areas.

Tidewater Preserve is only 15 miles from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport, and the nearby I-75 corridor provides easy access to numerous arts and entertainment venues in Sarasota, as well as the professional sporting events and international shopping in nearby Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg.

The Tidewater Preserve Welcome Center is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. From I-75, take exit 220, travel two miles west on SR 64, and turn right at 48th Street Court.
