Manatee Sheriff's Office to Host Gun Buyback Saturday

BRADENTON – On Saturday, March 9, 2013, the Manatee Sheriff’s Office will host a gun buyback program from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Crime Prevention located at 600 U.S. 301 Blvd. West in Bradenton.
The gun buyback is a safe, no questions asked opportunity to dispose of any working firearm in return for cash. $50 will be paid out for handguns, $100 dollars for rifles and shotguns and $150 for assault type weapons.
