Informational Meeting about Ware’s Creek Bridges Wednesday
BRADENTON -- The public is invited to an informational meeting Feb. 6 to learn about plans to replace the bridges at 14th and 12th avenues west and continue utility improvements on 20th Avenue West. This is part of the overall Wares Creek project.
The 12th Ave. W. bridge will close starting in February. The 14th Ave. W. bridge will not close until the new 12th Ave. W. bridge reopens. City officials, project engineers and the contractor will be at this meeting to hear your concerns, answer questions and discuss the project.
The meeting is scheduled for 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, in the City Hall Council Chambers. Please use the north entrance on Barcarrota Boulevard. Free parking is available along Barcarrota Boulevard and in the City Centre lot at the corner of Old Main Street and 3rd Avenue West.
