Michael Harshman has been admitted to practice in Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas; the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and Circuit Civil Mediator.

Ruth Harshman received certification from the Supreme Court of Florida in County Mediation, Family Mediation and Circuit Civil Mediation. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Florida State University. Together, the Harshmans own and operate Impact Mediation, a Lakewood Ranch-based mediation firm.
