Albert Thomas, owner of a nearby 13-acre tract, also disagreed with the project, saying the construction would drain the creek. Attorney for the applicant, Mark Barnebey and applicant representatives said that the lighting, sound and environment (being the closest neighbor was 250-yards away) would not be an issue. Neighbors said they would return for the BOCC meeting to oppose permitting.  -- Recommended for Approval, Unanimous
