Dogs Seized in Animal Cruelty Case Need Homes

Published Saturday, November 24, 2012

MANATEE COUNTY – Manatee County Animal Services seized several Pit Bull mix dogs from a home in Bradenton on September 19, 2012 after the owners were charged with animal cruelty. Animal Services petitioned the court for a hearing to gain custody of the dogs. A hearing was conducted and the dogs were remanded to the custody of Manatee County Animal Services.

We are asking for the public’s help in placing these dogs into loving homes. The dogs did not ask for the poor treatment they received and they deserve a second chance to live and love.

For more information, contact Manatee County Animal Services at 941-742-5933.
