BRADENTON – The Pittsburgh Pirates and Bradenton Marauders have announced that seats scheduled to be removed from McKechnie Field are available for sale. The cost is a $25 donation to Pirates Charities for each seat purchased. Proceeds from the purchase of the seats will benefit Pirates Charities, the official philanthropic arm of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Order forms are available online at www.BradentonMarauders.com. The order form can be returned by mail or fax. Orders can also be placed by email to Justin.Kristich@pirates.com. Orders with full payment must be received by December 14th. Seats may be picked up at Pirate City between December 17th-December 19th only.

McKechnie Field is currently undergoing a $10 million renovation project that will include new, more comfortable seats in the infield seating areas. Additional bleacher seating is also being added in the outfield to increase the capacity of the ballpark by approximately 2,000.

Pirates Charities is a 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on three core areas of youth health, fitness and education. Since its inception in 2006, Pirates Charities has distributed more than $2.4 million to organizations and programs committed to improving the lives of children and adults.
