Fresh Market Brings Southeast Grad's Sauce to Bradenton

BRADENTON – Southeast graduate and Manatee County native Bruce Blunt makes a tasty sauce, but until recently his Mr. Bojack's line was hard to find in the Manatee area. But with the opening of the new Fresh Market on Manatee Avenue, locals can finally enjoy his BBQ, wing and hot sauces anytime they want. 

Blunt now lives in Orlando where his roadside stand near the Citrus Bowl is a popular tradition for tailgaters going to UCF games. After the military, he put in 20 years as a corrections officer in the area, before he was finally able to return to his first love – cooking.

Blunt's line of sauces include a hot sauce, a marinade, a Garlic Sweet & Spicy wing sauce and a couple barbecue sauces. They are distributed by Fresh Market and are available in both the West Manatee and Sarasota stores, as well as some ABC Liquor locations.
