BRADENTON – The Bradenton Marauders return home to McKechnie Field tonight to open a three-game series against the Charlotte Stone Crabs. The Marauders play 19 home games in May, giving fans plenty of opportunity to catch a game in the beautiful confines of McKechnie Field.

All three games of the series against Charlotte will start at 6:30 p.m. The series begins on Tuesday May 1 with a First Mates Kids Club night. The First Mates Kids Club is still accepting new members. It is only $15 per child to become a member. Benefits include an official membership card, a club t-shirt, admission to every Tuesday home game, and an ice cream social with the team after the game on Sunday July 8.

Wednesday is the first Plunder Your Hunger night presented by Jersey Mike’s Subs. Fans can feast on an all-you-can-eat menu all game long. The featured “Item of the Week” will be grilled chicken sandwiches. Tickets to all Wednesday games at McKechnie Field are $12.

McKechnie Field goes to the dogs for the second time this season on Thursday. The Marauders will hold their second Bark in the Park. Dogs may attend with their owners for an extra two dollars on the price of admission. The two dollars are donated to the Humane Society of Manatee County.

It is also the first Thirsty Thursday presented by Budweiser. Fans will enjoy one dollar select draft beers and sodas. By joining the Thirsty Thursday Club presented by Budweiser, fans can receive a loyalty card and earn rewards throughout the season. The Thirsty Thursday Club is free to join.

This week, the team announced a new ticketing option. For the first time, the Marauders will be offering a 10-ticket Flex Pack. For $50, fans receive 10 ticket vouchers redeemable for a general admission ticket at any non-Wednesday home game. The vouchers can be redeemed at 10 separate games or redeemed together to get multiple tickets to a game.

In addition to the ticket vouchers, the 2012 Flex Pack also comes with a one-of-a-kind Marauders adjustable hat that is not available in the team store. As an added bonus, the 2012 Flex Pack also includes a $15 gift certificate to the Longwood Grill & Pub at no additional cost.
