BRADENTON --High pressure across the Central Peninsula this afternoon will sink south and east tonight as a cold front moves into the southeastern states. The cold front will moved south through the waters on Wednesday with some showers along and ahead of it. The front will move south of the waters Wednesday night. Strong high pressure will build into the region during Thursday and Friday in the wake of the front with gusty north to northeast winds and choppy seas expected. The high will slide off the mid Atlantic and southeast coasts Friday night and Saturday. Another cold front will approach the waters on Sunday.
