Alan Clark wants to run for a seat on the Palmetto City Council because he wants to be more involved in the community.
“I want to make sure the interest of the people in the neighborhood are being heard at the city council level,” he said.
Clark has lived in Atlanta, “on and off” for 30 years, he said. He moved to Palmetto in 2000, partly because his wife is a native of Palmetto. He has two daughters.
