Manatee County Audubon is leading a Field Trip on Sunday, February 24th to Cockroach Bay Aquatic Preserve. We will search for waders, ducks & songbirds. Notify Billie & Jerry Knight at 941-592-7622 to attend. Meet at 8 a.m. at the Wal-Mart at 508 US 301 at 10th St E. Palmetto. Wear comfortable shoes & bring water.
Field trips are free to Manatee Audubon members, $3 to Non-members. Send photos to president@manateeaudubon.org to participate in our monthly photo contest. Photos should be in jpg format & under 1 mbyte in size. Each photo’s file name should contain the name of the subject, if possible the place taken and the name of the photographer.
