Ragtime and Boogie – Woogie Piano Sensation, Bob Milne, Comes to Town

The 2013 Roser Community Church Concert Series continues through their centennial year with ragtime and boogie-woogie piano sensation, Bob Milne. Milne is scheduled to perform at the church on Sunday, Feb. 17 at 4 p.m. No tickets are required; doors open one hour before the performance; free-will offerings will be accepted.

Having played in concert halls since 1991, Milne's turf is worldwide, and he currently performs more than 250 concerts each year. Comments start with “unbelievable” and trend upward with enthusiastic reactions wherever he plays. He once entertained an audience of 5,000 at the Chautauqua Amphitheatre in New York, at which time the New York Times said, "Milne is a master of boogie woogie. There is no sense of nostalgia here: Milne is here and now, vital and creative."
