Are you familiar with ‘old’ Florida? Are you someone who can appreciate a different perspective on what’s important in life? Spend a day amongst fishing boats, gear, fish houses and commercial fishermen at the annual Cortez Commercial Fishing Festival. The Florida Institute for Saltwater Heritage "FISH" is a non-profit, grassroots organization established in 1991. Proceeds benefit the many projects ongoing at the Preserve.
