Island Branch Library Program: Travels in Six Continents
Date: January 26, 2013
5701 Marina Drive
Holmes Beach, FL
The Friends of the Island Branch Library welcome Paul Stonebridge to the Library on Saturday, January 26, 2013 as part of the Alice Taylor Reed Lecture Series.
Stonebridge, who has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Australia, Central America and the Far East, draws on his globe trotting experiences to present the audience with a part of the world that is often shrouded in mystery and misunderstanding.
When he is not filling up the pages in his passport, Stonebridge is the Teen Services Manager with the Pasco County Library System.
The program is FREE and seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis. No prior registration is necessary.
Special programs such as this are made possible by funds generously provided by the Friends. The Friends are a support organization for Manatee County’s Island Branch Library. Monies raised by the Friends go toward programs and services that tax dollars alone cannot provide.
The Island Branch Library is located at 5701 Marina Drive in Holmes Beach, Florida. For more information, please call the library at 941.778.6341.
