Many Manatee area residents will enjoy taking time off during Thanksgiving, but making blood available to local hospital patients needing transfusions can never take a holiday. Blood donations are vital to our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This Thanksgiving you can help save the lives of people by rolling up your sleeve to give blood.
Please take some time to make a difference in the lives of people right here at home. Florida Blood Services and its community partners will be holding special Thanksgiving blood drives at select locations on the dates and times listed.
