Join Master Gardener Mike for an exciting journey through mangrove forests, coastal hammock habitat, and even a pocket of rare scrub. This is an easy, relaxed stroll and is a great way to learn more about Florida's native plants and habitats. The hike begins in the parking area of the DeSoto National Memorial Park at 8250 DeSoto Memorial Highway, Bradenton and enters into the Riverview Preserve.
