Bradenton, Florida… Quacky is leading her flock of 10,000 ducks and they are ready to race! First prize is a $5,000 Publix gift card – groceries for a year – for the lucky owner who ‘adopted’ the first duck to cross the finish line.
The Lucky Ducky Race for PACE, in partnership with the DeSoto Fishing Tournament, will be held Saturday, July 14, at 7 p.m. at Tarpon Pointe Grill and Tiki Bar.
The entire event starts at 6:00 p.m. and is open to the public. There are activities for the kids with games and face painting. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Everyone is invited to watch the excitement as the ducks are “dropped” at 7 p.m. and race to the finish line!
