Central Library Children's Program: "Giving Tree Music"

Manatee County will hold seven special events for school age children this summer at the Central Library. Starting on June 11 and continuing through July, enjoy the varied special guest presentations noted below:
• Monday, June 11 at 10:30 a.m. Nocturnal Neighbors presented by Melissa Nell of the County’s
Natural Resources Department
• Monday, June 18 at 10:30 a.m. Giving Tree Music presented by Steve Turner (This program is made
possible by funding generously provided by the Friends of the Central Library)
• Monday, June 25 at 10:30 a.m. Rumpelstiltskin presented by Jerry Bickel, Bits ‘n Pieces
(This program is made possible by funding generously provided by the Friends of the
Central Library)
• Monday, July 2 at 10:30 a.m. Fourth of July Picnic and Parade
• Monday, July 9 at 10:30 a.m. Incredible Insects presented by Melissa Nell of the County’s Natural
Resources Department
• Monday, July 16 at 10:30 a.m. Shadow Puppet Fun
• Monday, July 23 at 10:30 a.m. Carnival at Night
Seating for all of these events is free and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Everyone is welcome to attend, and no registration is necessary.
