South Manatee Library Storytime: Starry Night Tales

Manatee County’s South Manatee Branch Library announces its Summer 2012 Preschool Storytime schedule for two-to-five year-olds. 

Featuring a brand-new theme each week, storytime will be presented throughout the summer on Wednesday mornings starting at 10:00 a.m. Some of the events include a special guest presentation/speaker or storyteller. 

·  June 6:       Starry Night Tales 
·  June 13:      Come Meet the Manatee County Fireman! 
·  June 20:      Shadows 
·  June 27:      Storytime with Miss Janie         
·  July 11:       Storyteller Windell Campbell spins tales with his puppet friends 
·  July 18:       Granny Goose shares her new book 
·  July 25:       Eric Carle’s “Night Animals” 

There will be no Storytime on Wednesday, July 4th, since the Library System will be closed in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. 

Storytime is free and everyone is welcome to attend. There is no advance registration required; seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
