The American Association of University Women, Manatee Branch, will hold its Awards meeting on Saturday, May 12, 9:00 a.m., at the Bradenton Country Club, 4646 Ninth Ave. W., Bradenton. Awards will include $16,500 in academic scholarships, as well as prizes for 4th and 5th grade Math Superstars from Manatee County schools, and honors for two Branch members with funds contributed in their names to AAUW for career development and research. The program will conclude with the installation of Officers for 2012-2013. Guests are welcome. Call 798-9144.
