Students at Braden River Elementary join against Heart Disease

Students at Braden River Elementary will join the fight against heart disease and strokes when they hold a “Jump Rope for Heart” program from Thursday, February 2, 2012 through Wednesday February 8, 2012. This special community service program will help raise funds for the American Heart Association. During students’ Physical Education classes, Braden River Elementary PE Teacher Penny Stilson will help increase student awareness about their own hearts and how they can keep them healthy. For more information, call Coach Stilson at 751-7012, ext. 2024.
