Zumba is a low-impact, fantastic exercise program that burns calories and gets you moving.
No dance experience is necessary, but having fun is a requirement! Beth Golden is a certified
Zumba instructor and she will break down all the moves for you in class.Zumba can be modified
for people at any fitness level. Chairs can be incorporated into the class for participants that
need additional stability or cannot stand for the lengths of time.
Wear sneakers, bring you water and a friend!
